Today I highlighted one of my worst habits, that is snacking when I get home from work until I eat my dinner. It is never free foods, it tends to be sugary treats that do absolutely nothing for me. I am still hungry.
Today I made a change, as soon as I got in the door I took out 200g of free soup and heated it. Now after devouring the bowl I feel great, no more naughty snacking! This week I am back tracking and trying to identify my pitfalls.
